Support from moving to finding a job
We provide one-stop consultations regarding immigration and employment.
We will help you realize your life in Shinshu, whether you move, live in two locations, U/I-turn, or find a job in Nagano Prefecture. It has a semi-private booth, Hello Work, and individual consultations allow you to introduce your job and issue referral letters.
The event space holds migration seminars and consultation sessions, which will help you make your migration closer to realizing it and give you tips on thinking about your own lifestyle.

In principle, individual consultations regarding immigration and employment are by appointment only.
Please make a reservation using the reception form or by telephone below.
*If you come without a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate your consultation.
*Please also use the Hometown Regression Support Center (8th floor of Tokyo Transportation Hall).
- Business hours: 10:00-18:00 (excluding New Year's holidays)
- Consultation method: face-to-face or online/telephone
Reservations for immigration consultation
We accept reservations from one month before the date you wish to consult, up to 12:00 the day before.
After that, please contact us by phone.
Reservations for Employment Consultation (Hello Work)
We are currently accepting reservations by phone only. As a general rule, Sundays and Mondays are closed, but please call us to confirm this as there may be changes.

Moving and Employment-related Events
We are holding events for those who wish to move to Nagano Prefecture!
Ginza NAGANO On the 5th floor, various events are held for those considering moving to Nagano Prefecture or finding a job. We hold many events where you can get the information you really want, such as a talk event where you can hear real experiences from actual immigrants, and a group where municipalities come in and explain the immigration support system!
There are also events where you can interact with people on the theme of migration, and you can solve your worries and worries before moving. Please check the scheduled event schedule and register in advance. -
Shukatsu NAGANO Career Counseling Room
We support students (including those who have graduated for 3 years) who wish to make a U/I turn to Nagano Prefecture in finding employment!
Ginza NAGANO It is also the satellite office of Job Cafe Shinshu, a career consultation facility headquartered in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.
This is a function in which Nagano Prefecture collaborates with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, municipalities, and NPOs to provide a variety of employment-related services to students in the Tokyo metropolitan area and those who have graduated for less than three years. Career consulting is provided free of charge by experienced counselors. Please feel free to use it.
