Iizuna Town, one of Japan's leading apple production areas, holds a sweets competition using apples from Iizuna Town, targeting professional chefs all over the country every October. This year's competition will feature Osaki Yoshifumi's work "PATISSERIE OHCIER (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo)]Ogoo [Iizuna]' won the Grand Prize and Town Citizens' Award.
To commemorate this, Ginza NAGANO Now, we will be selling "Ogosso Iizuna" on Saturday, December 7th.
