    About "Kuriminien"

Kuriminoen started in 1996 as a self-sufficient farm in a rural mountain range surrounded by mountains in northern Shinano, filled with nature's bounty, and now produces free-range eggs called "Obuse no Tamago." We also use high-quality chicken manure fermented compost to create soil, and grow organic rice, organic soybeans, and organic vegetables. We also manufacture and sell sweets such as castella and pudding made from homemade eggs, and are working to transform the sixth-generation industry, as well as to promote agriculture and welfare collaboration (agriculture and welfare collaboration).

*Curriminoen's "Obuse's Eggs has been selected as one of the top 10 excellent products at the Food Action Japan Awards 2018, a food contest sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
